Woodlake is FINALLY bringing LES MILLS TONE to you!! We will introduce TONE to Woodlake starting in August in our outdoor fitness classes.
What is TONE? TONE maintains the original 3 in 1 training style, a mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts. LES MILLS TONE is the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. You can have a complete workout in just 45 minutes! You will enjoy a challenging mix of lunges, squats, and functional training that will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level! LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options that accommodate all fitness levels so that everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.
Woodlake and Les Mills have taken into account government guidelines to provide this as a safe workout during this time. Our instructors have modified the workout so that it can be completed with little to no equipment.
Come check out the class in August on Wednesday mornings at 5:30am on the basketball courts with Denise! She is so excited about this program and we are so excited about bringing this to Woodlake. We will be the only fitness club on Hull Street with the program! We hope to see you there!
