Fitness on Your Lunch Hour!

Are you short on time for a workout? Do you only have 30 minutes to spare? Woodlake has the solution for you! We just started offering a couple of express lunchtime classes to help suit your needs. On Tuesday’s Laurie is teaching a Cardio Sculpt class from 12:15pm-12:45pm. In this class, you will incorporate cardio, strength, and abs in just 30 minutes!! This is considered a high-intensity interval training class but is suitable for all levels! On Wednesday’s Tiffany is teaching a Barre Express class from 12:00pm-12:30pm. In this class, you will burn, tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility in just 30 minutes as well! This class is also suitable for all levels. Not able to make it here during lunch? Denise and Connie are teaching a 30-minute kettlebell class on Wednesday’s from 6:30pm-7:00pm. Kettlebell Express is a kettlebell interval class that incorporates kettlebell moves with bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises. All fitness levels are welcome for this class too! As we continue to grow these classes, be on the lookout for more express style classes in the future! We hope to see you at one of these classes soon!
