- CYCLES are now available for individual use – as well as in class format!
- Gentle Yoga with Dorota – Mondays @ 6:30 pm
- Yoga with Ruth – Wednesday @ 6:30 pm
- The Ageless Stretch and Strength class has moved from Wednesdays at 3pm to Mondays at 11am. Plus, we have added a class on Fridays at 11:30am with Anne!
- The Fitness Center hours are: 5:30am-8pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm.
