It’s a crazy time we are in! Most of us are stuck at home and have had to develop a new routine. One thing we can’t forget to do is to take care of ourselves! This can mean a number of things to different people, but one common idea could be to stay healthy! We know a lot of you are itching to get back in the gym, including us!! But, while we are away, we don’t want you all feeling like you don’t know what to do. That’s why each week, our instructors are coming up with different routines for you to do at home. From yoga to bootcamp, from barre to Zumba, we are coming up with all different things for you to do at home! You might be thinking that you don’t have any fitness equipment at home so you can’t do these workouts. BUT, you don’t have to have fitness equipment! As we are doing these fitness videos, we are making sure to let you all know of different types of items you may have at your house that you could use as dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. You can also take advantage of the nice weather we are having and 1) do the workouts we give you outside and 2) run/walk outside to get your cardio in! Feel free to let us know if you need suggestions of what to use for equipment and/or if you have specific workouts you would like to see!
