It’s almost time for Thanksgiving!! We all love to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends and eat a lot of great food!! But what about after eating all of that food?? We have to work it off!! Join us the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 29th, as we “Burn the Bird!” We have a full line up of classes for you to choose from and they are specially named for Thanksgiving!! In the cycle studio at 8:45 am we will have “Turkey, Shake, Rattle & Roll” with Kim! Upstairs in the group exercise room starting at 9 am, Ashley will be teaching the “Turkey Burner Bootcamp.” Mika will “Pump Up Your Pumpkin” at 10 am and P’Nut will help you “Gobble ‘Til You Wobble” at 11 am. Karen K. will also be doing a “Turkey Blast” in the pool at 9 am. That is a lot of classes and we guarantee you will burn off that bird when you join us!! See you there!
