Food Truck: RVA New York Style  Pumpkin Carving Contest Rules: – If a child is going to submit a pumpkin then an adult must help with the cutting and let the child tell you what to design and how. – Cutting material will be available. You may not use stencils or your own cutting material. – You must arrive by 6:15 pm, pick a pumpkin and start carving by 6:30. – Competition ends at 7:30 pm. – Winners announced at 8:00 pm.
