to this terrific neighborhood!!

Please consider the Woodlake Community Association (WCA) to be your place for resources, information and some services.  We welcome your calls and hope to be of help to you in any way that we can. 

For most new residents, the first contact with the WCA is when ordering a mailbox name change and/or setting up billing for the quarterly community assessment fees.  It is after this initial contact that we organize a Welcome Package for the new resident.  Each month, neighborhood reps are given Welcome Packages to deliver to new neighbors.

Each Welcome Package contains a range of information about Woodlake, the county, and the surrounding area.  In it you will find everything from a Woodlake Bike Trail Map and Woodlake Telephone Directory, to information on local clubs and organizations, and even a WCA magnet for your refrigerator.
