REP MEETINGS Neighborhood reps meet the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings alternate between morning and evening meetings. Unless otherwise posted, meetings in even months (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) will meet at 10 AM, and meetings in odd months (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sep, Nov) will meet at 7 PM at the WCA Office. |

| Neighborhood Reps...
greet new residents with a special 'WCA Welcome Packet'. Each packet is filled with
information about Woodlake and includes a bike trail map, telephone book, and information
on everything from local clubs and organizations, to covenant and architectural review
guidelines. In addition to handing out 'Welcome Packets', Neighborhood Reps serve as a member of an informal advisory group to the WCA offering ideas, observations, suggestions and feedback at our monthly Neighborhood Meetings held here at the office on the second Thursday of the month. Many neighborhoods are in need of a Neighborhood Rep. If this sounds like something you might be interested in helping the association with, we would love to hear from you.
