as designated and shown as Parcel A on plat of survey by J. K. Timmons and Associates,
Inc., dated August 25, 1983, and revised September 8, 1983, entitled "Plat Showing 2
Parcels of Land Lying on the North Side of Hill Street Road Containing 1333.8± Acres," which plat is recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 3,
in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield County, Virginia, and which, by
