- Set-Up WCA Assessment Billing. Contact the WCA
at 739-4344 to set up how your assessments will be billed...via credit card, hand bill,
etc...
- Review WCA Disclosure Package. State Law
requires the property owner to provide you with a WCA Disclosure Package prior to
closing. The Disclosure Package will disclose information on any current
covenant/ARB violations and outstanding assessment fees that may be due to the Association
which you would become liable for once you close.
- Order Name Plate or Mailbox from the WCA. Contact
the WCA at 739-4344 to order new name plates ($35.00) OR a new mailbox (box and post
$99.00). All orders are submitted on Fridays and can take up to 4-5 weeks to
produce and install.
- Inform the WCA Of New Telephone Number.
Information on new residents is generally gathered at the time a resident orders
his or her name plate or mailbox. If you do not have a need to order a new name
plate or box, please contact the WCA at 739-4344 so that we may include your information
in our database and telephone directory.

- Order WCA Disclosure Package. State law
requires you to provide a WCA Disclosure Package for a potential buyer who has signed a
contract. Buyers must receive the package at least 3 days prior to closing. As
the WCA has two weeks to put together the Disclosure Package, it is recommended that you
order the packet immediately after the contract has been signed. Disclosure Packages
are $100.00 and may be ordered via telephone at 739-4344.
- Provide WCA With Settlement Statement.
For the WCA to begin billing the new owner of the property you are selling, you will need
to show that there's been a legal transfer of property by providing the WCA with a copy of
your Settlement Statement (HUD).
