BOAT & RV REGISTRATION

All boats used on the Swift Creek Reservoir, whether stored on Woodlake Community Association property (t-racks, posts, or waterfront property) or stored at a Woodlake home (in garage/under deck), must be registered annually with the Woodlake Community Association for general identification purposes and for use of Woodlake Boat launch sites (Woodlake residents only).  Boats are required to display a current registration sticker as shown at left (2008-09 stickers are dark blue) Those who store their boat at a WCA post are assessed a $70 annual fee.  Those who store their boat on a WCA t-rack are assessed a $45 annual fee.

Those who store their boat at the shoreline of their waterfront home, under their deck, in their garage or at another location outside of Woodlake and plan to utilize WCA boat launch sites and landings, must register their boat with the WCA as a "Day Sailor".  Day Sailors are assessed a $15 annual fee.  All boat renewal forms and fees are due each year on March 1st.  

Registration forms will be sent annually on February 1 to all boat owners who are already registered with the WCA.  Registration forms are due back to the WCA on or before March 1. On or after March 15, the WCA will place a new WCA Boat Registration Sticker on all boats located at t-racks and posts that have been renewed for the year.  Day Sailors will receive their sticker in the mail and will need to place it on their boat as soon as possible.  All boat owners who register their boat with the WCA will receive a Woodlake Resident Parking Permit (see below).

A "Notice To Tow " letter will be sent to those who have not renewed their boat registrations by March 31 requesting prompt payment or a phone call to the office to make arrangements other than towing.

The WCA maintains a fenced, locked storage area for RVs, boats and other oversized vehicles.  Spaces are $462.00 per year and payment is due in full upon rental or renewal. 

There is currently a waiting list for spaces with a wait of approximately two years.  To be put on the waiting list, call the WCA at 739-4344.
