Financial Struggles?

Woodlake is a giving and caring community with neighbors helping neighbors and supporting one another during difficult times. WCA is a part of our caring community. If you are struggling to pay bills or to keep your property looking good due to an unusual circumstance, please keep in mind that WCA will work with you. Should you receive a letter from Brian, Cindy or Lyn regarding your assessment or boating account or the appearance of your property, please contact them right away!

The staff is always willing to work with you to arrange for payment plans and to connect you with resources to address the maintenance of your property. We do need to hear from you in order to help though! If staff does not have the opportunity to talk with you, we don't know your situation and we have no choice but to enforce the rules of the association. The Board or staff would prefer to work out a pro-active solution with you!

Communication is key to working out a resolution and to keeping our community cohesive and great. During difficult times, your friends, neighbors and your association want to help so please talk to us about how we can do so!
