Woodlake Community Association won three categories in the 25th anniversary issue of Richmond Magazine’s Best & Worst. The annual poll is the longest running reader’s survey in Richmond. Readers voted us the Best in the following categories:

Best Suburban Neighborhood Entrance
Best-Designed Residential Development
Best Neighborhood Yard Sales

We won second place in the category called “Neighborhood With the Widest Variety of Architectural Styles” (coming in just behind the Fan, which is a great achievement!). Pick up your copy of Richmond Magazine today to see the full list of winners. As Richmond Magazine says: “With 12 miles of biking trails, a waterfront pavilion, and five miles of shoreline along the Swift Creek Reservoir, Woodlake leaves little to be desired.”

The only category the magazine didn’t include in the survey is Best Pride in the Community. We’d definitely win that one because our residents have community spirit in spades! There’s always next year!

Congratulations to the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and our residents for making Woodlake the best place to live!
