Bike Trail Opening Delayed

The New Trail from Rock Harbour Landing to Chestnut Bluff is not yet complete and open as indicated in the July issue of the Life on the Lake Newsletter.

Due to the severe storm on June 29th, work on the trails and bridges was delayed while the entire maintenance staff worked to clear fallen trees and debris caused by the storm. Eight days of temperatures above 100 degrees also delayed non-essential outdoor work.

We apologize for having to delay the anticipated opening, but we think you'll agree that the wait was worth it once the trail is complete. For your safety, please do not use the trails until further notice.
